Someone (I don’t know who) called my mobile this afternoon. Since the number displayed started as 0845 I decided not to pick it up. Most likely to be some sales or spam marketing stuff (excuse me Mr M, can you spare a little time for a survey that may save you money…) HOwever it’s a Sunday afternoon. What devil of a commercial company would impinge on our weekend? I’m fairly sure it wasn’t the bank (at least they still know what a weekend is). Next time someone like this calls on a Sunday I’ll pick up, and have a salvo of abuse to send their direction. Grrrrrrrr…

They ring anytime! I really do get annoyed with them I know they have a job to do but at 8pm on a weekday night or as you mentioned, on a Sunday afternoon, the last thing I need is a sales call! I am of the opinion that if there is something I want I will go and get it. I don’t need someone to tell me on the phone that they think I need something….
